It appears announcement of offtake partners is due very soon. Discussions with a couple of parties is very "advanced". Other parties also in discussion but not as advanced.

Bank debt is not viewed as attractive as "hybrid investors", offtake partners.

more than a hundred responses in relation to environmental submission date which was extended to Nov 2. More than 50 % of submission in favour of mine, a few neutral and about 40% against to varying degrees. Mgment feel all issues raised in the negative should be "addressable".

Does not appear as though management will be giving up on eastern resources.

And various observations relating to how well the share price has held up in face of the rights issue and exit of regent. but that is all out there for all to see

And on a side obsevation of my own, nice finnish today. And thing should now be on the up as people cease selling to fund their rights.
