Thx Westcott - I am in great admiration of your insight and posts on HC and I hold your view in high regard, so your comments are especially appreciated. You picked up on a very interesting observation re announcements. Often, a sharp drop precedes announcements in the not too distant future - things need to be done quickly, in time to get set. Often, we will see some capping in order to buy back what has been sold. So, the SP looks weak for a while (consolidation as some call it) until the sellers dry up.
