excellent post andres....imo you are very close to the mark
....shorters timed it beatifully ....they sense that the market was in a overbought situation and assumed that if it went on a downward run they could trigger stop loss selling which they did ....this action could really only work for a short period as it is to risky to keep short position with anns just around the corner if things go according to plan....my guess they will probaly try to push it down again tommorrow morning depending on what the dow does tonite but they will try to buy back quickly if they can for a quick profit....imo
