Looks like dragging on for some time. 10-15days to find out the reasoning of the Supreme Court. Why they didnt just dismiss the case or atleast make a ruling is beyond me.
Now we need to wait for the District Court to schedule the case, then hear the case, then rule on the case. Minimum a few months IMO.
As for the case against us, failing to appear twice. Again the case hasnt been dismissed. So it will also drag on. In Aistralia, two no-shows would be dismissal with no right to retrial.
But considering the two cases are linked, it makes sense that it doesnt get heard. They could atleast have the courtesy to inform the court of a delay in proceedings.
Not good for the shareprice IMO, and I think government will wait on granting us our permits until things get resolved. Otherwise you end up with NKP like situations.
