    Please explain.
In a nut shell..does LYC have enough skill/knowledge to get the CP operational.....
    Bottom line.
The Commissioning will extinguish these doubts. He couldnt elaborate WHO were sceptic, but obviously its the Fund managers.
Then the line I was fishing for.
Everything with the CP is going to plan, and that an announcement to the Market would be made sometime in June...

    Oneforthe,
Great job, This is valuable information and I think you did a great job getting the information. Thank you.
I'm not sure what Arnold James is really saying here. My understanding is the concentrator was built in January; commissioned through March (due to the heavy rain in February); and received first ore in May.
I guess there is always more to do when the actual ore goes through the concentrator, but this should be a fairly straightforward process if the engineering and pre-ore commissioning is done correctly. I will assume this is fine since he described things as "going according to plan" and will be making an announcement this month. I guess I just think the word commissioning is not the best word choice.
That said an announcement of how much concentrate we have produced and have ramped up to on a daily basis would be very price supportive IMO.
Production versus production capacity is always key in any mining. And honestly being the first in rare earth mining to face this question will be interesting. I think we will do well (especially if we maintain our production capacity targets). But when the complexity of this issue is better understood Moly's Phase two 40k t/a of oxide will be understood as a joke IMO. It's just a lot of dirt to move on a consistent basis. And this is something the juvenile Molypumps can't seem to understand yet.
I think the LAMP material and protest comments are very good and confirm what I have been saying. I read the media information the same way as Arnold James. Earlier I posted about the overlap between the NY Times article and my facebook discussions with protesters in the Winter and the significance of the kindergarten leader quitting the movement. So I'll leave that by saying I agree the protest is no issue to me at this stage.
Overall, this is a great report and you did a great job of getting the information. I will be happy to get concentrator announcements from Lynas this month. It should improve the price action and show the progress of the company. IMO, Lynas is putting out about one third as many announcements as they should. They really miss a lot of opportunities in this direction. But production will change that in an instant.
