It's strange, why Mr Hamilton waited so long to restrain AGS from selling all of EDM shares? The damage is done and it seems AGS has no EDM shares anymore.

Today Mr Hamilton updates:
'To preserve the remaining shares held in the company, the company yesterday sought and obtained interlocutory injunctive orders restraining JCLTVF, AGS and Mr Silberstein from selling, assigning, mortgaging or otherwise encumbering or disposing of the shares held in the company until further order of the Supreme Court. The Board will update shareholders on the progress of the Supreme Court'
