Patients on Bronchitol will be treated under a doctor at CF clinics. The label of responders is really treatment guidelines if you like.

The issue is not does Bronchitol work (it does) it is does it work overall enough to warrant approval.

The guidelines can be written in a way that a treating doctor will only prescribe bronchitol after the initial 6 week test.

In my discussion with PXS this responders idea was actually given to PXS from the member for France from the CHMP so I took it as possible in a clinical setting.
It also suggested to me that some members are looking for a solution that solves their concerns.
