Update on Priority One proposed listing on ASX
GoConnect Ltd ("GCN") has been advised by the Board of Priority One Network Group Ltd
("Priority One") that an information memorandum ("IM") of Priority One is scheduled to be
completed before the end of next week. The Board of Priority One is expected to review the IM
and approve it thereafter. Following the approval of the IM by the Board, Priority One plans to
expedite the proposed listing on the ASX and to achieve this objective as soon as possible, subject
to ASX approval.
