With Respect Chawkey, most of us would agree with what you are saying, but there comes a point where some PR should be used, I am quite sure that Steve would be more than capable of releasing something in a format & context that would not affect negotiations.

I, like others, have been involved in reasonably complex negotiations(myself certainly not as big as this but still very substantial amounts) & know how delicate negotiations are.

Steve coming from BOTH sides of the table would know how far he could go without affecting negotiations.
