Which ASX rules do you refer to? If any such rules exist, MNC would be in breach of those as in June 2011 it put together an INTERIM resource for Mollacas which hasn't been released (page 29 of last presentation) as they still refer to the November 2007 JORC resource.
BTW, an updated JORC resource estimate was expected to be complete by December 2011 (as per release of 26/09/11), that one hasn't been released either. What has happened is a capital raising despite the statements made that the drilling programs were fully funded.
As far I understand ASX only supports the release of JORC compliant resource statements. The use of the word interim can mean many things. Given the recent history at MNC I will be conservative and assume nothing will be released until early 2013.
