General Questions:
Why would they partially turnkey the project to 12,800 ft?
Was it that the drilling contractor was expecting delays as the well got deeper and didnt want to be out of pocket?
As for the extra $150,000, is that just the addittional charges/fees that have accrued since the 12,800 ft mark?
