Is it the worst outcome of all time?
The non-cash charge to write off goodwill is very much a clearing of the books and should have probably happened earlier in the new management's reign.
The 10% + miss on EBITDA is annoying but it only takes a small miss on a project to drive such an outcome when you are talking about such a low overall EBITDA.
EBITDA is still growing strongly and the underlying themes are still there.
The big concern for some will be that management has missed and that puts a dent in their credibility. It's now up to them to get it back.
Dont give up on this one!
