Vale is selling their entire fleet of bulk ore carriers at fire sale prices and you expect prices to be elastic and come back up? what is needed is a message from the board to instill confidence and direction. This to me is a play by Rio and BHP to squeeze the little guys out and cpitalise on building market share. Where has CAP got the cash to fight those giants with a high capex.
