It will be interesting to watch the decay curve for Defender. They are clearly running the pump slower than the formation can potentailly yeild oil in order to control the impact of gas and sand ingress etc. This may prove better economically than people think as 75BOPD may be sustained for quite a while. Notwithstanfing the need for early cashflow, its the total produced over a 10 year thats also important.
