1. How clever was it of PJ to secure cash to start before the bankers offered terms? Expecting a battle maybe?
2. The bankers want a slice of the pie - who wouldn't why not try for a big slice hoping we were desperate
3. How brave of PJ to decline - think he would have to have confidence there
4.Negotiations continue on the loan - this is cat an mouse and typical negotiations why not broadcast the loss shows we will not be bullied

I think this isnt over with the banks either....too much money to be made for all to get this up and running.
