    Totally agree CC, but the biggest problem is that time is NOT on our side. Given the delays we've experienced already with just about everything that's been done, another 6+ months of negotiations just can't happen. Construction needs to get started NOW if we're ever going to produce in 2015. Contracts depends upon it.
