Have soft spot for coal since my days at Coppabella. RES at a interesting point and will either be major success for shareholders or big disappointment. Was investor in RES a while back and did ok, nothing special. Don't post too much on stocks I hold but RES took my interest again when I saw countdown to millions thread.
May return to RES one day, but long way off. PJ still has much to do. He timed it well last time but much tougher times now in coal, in bank finance and by looks of it in Africa too. All coals struggle, COK trading at record lows, BND too and WHC shut office while all big coal companies look at costs of operation in Hunter and Bowen as none look like they are making money.
Happy to add my thoughts, not look to wind up current holders but just add other perspective.
