The testing could not be in safer hands.they are one of the best.drilling is the issue and the associated equipment.atzam 5 should be drilled by locals and paid 10us$ ft ,and are paid as soon as they dig it.i will happily pay for the casing and associiated staff to ensure the well is up to standard..most of south america would be there for 10 us$ for a wheelbarrow of dirt.
