looking at FAR's announcment, it looks like it was worded as a result of share holder pressure and frustration, as the statement moved away from the operator will tell when it is ready statement to providing an announcment by next week.
Just to add to the mix, listed on dunes website it SEC listings. The listing for the 15/05 is the CEO being granted a large number of options at an exercise price of 2.42 if I read it correctly. So far he is out of the money !!!Check it out for yourself.
If the news next week is not good, FAR should be taken to task. I am not sure if the O/S operator did not release information excuse would hold up. As you would expect any company with a substancial investment in a project would demand daily updates and on receipt of the information be required to release under ASX disclosure rules.
