$70m market cap - ie less than 1%

we all know that even a conservative fair value is 3%

thus anything under 21c for AVB is a relative bargain!

many other factors come into play.....
* quality of staff - check
* production time frame - continue to meet milestones
* potential for growth - check
* debt facility - $58m secured and only $12m to go
* other revenue streams - Vale, VOR, options?

i like the risk vs reward with AVB, and i like the chances of this hitting 21c+++
