Hmm I am not so sure slogger, it appears we have to vote on them issuing another 10% of shares in the next agm. This would be on top of the 10% they can routinely issue in a 12 month period....
Of course this might be a good thing becuase it may mean they they are going to have a lot of rigs all drilling at the same time but I am worried about further dilution particularly at these prices
