I don't think PL did it without a "nudge and push" from certain shareholders.

If you look back at all the options money and raisings done this year, although this was done under the umbrella of "Komodo" however I can tell you that this is done from another person. Komodo did not raise one dollar. Komodo had another party underwrite the whole thing behind the scene, however this party did not have a financial license so they could not put their name forward.

This party has also been working with PL (sometimes with a pick-axe over his head if needed so) to get things done with Zijin.

Also realised that although PL is not perfect but I never realised that Genorah was so much pain to work with until recently.
