Then in the wash up of EH & MV I am pretty stunned at the lack of succession planning so must have been a spur of the moment decision to axe before the meeting ...all of it just displays incompetence , lack of organisation and planning which has been directly related to the general market disdain and lack of confidence. Hope and prey to be out by the drill!
