Cripes everyone, our musings, thoughts, research (in the absence of any information from the company) have led us to a scary scenario. I'm starting to think that a formal investigation may be required in order for the company to demonstrate that a major slice of its shareholders have got it wrong. Either that or we need to really make a noise and force some of the essential changes that we believe are necessary.

its a pity that it comes to this. Unfortunately the invisible Board of Directors seem not to want to bite the hand that feeds them, which leaves shareholders hanging, with absolutely no knowledge of how their investment is performing. Worse than that, (for some of us) it appears KMM repeat this activity across a stable of 6 or so companies.
