update?

Not sure if SIR are doing any drilling at the moment at crux etc. seems to have been a big blue between the station owner and SIR management, (apparently not the first time)…hearing it could get ugly with site access etc, with lawyers and DMP now involved...
Hope its not true but anyone else heard similar? I've been holding for ages in anticipation of a drilling update from their regional targets and if there is a problem/dispute surely the market should be informed!? Can anyone shed some light?
