Nothing in the standards says LOM needs to report certain facts unless deemed as price sensitive ,miles words were you know big diamonds ,so it certainly leaves option to the thought the dms is processing those fields and did attain enough small diamonds to apply for an alluvial license.you think to black and white sometimes pez ...look for the gray lines
