pez research how much carat per tonnage you need to be able to apply for an alluvial license in Angola and the commercial standards for mining it..... its obvious they achieved that to be able to apply for the license,they just have not reported it yet in the samples.Grey line you just need to see it,but its there.
They told me for quite a while its a formality only ,so it gives credence to the fact they achieved the rate for application.
