Care to post the contact details of the so-called "Directors" of the company so we can make our feelings felt? My email is in this footer too..
What you have posted proves these "Directors" know nothing about the ASX and disclosure and what's worse is the ASX has not made any approach to the company either! No Annual Report, no Annual Meeting, no say in the company as Shareholders.
My bet is they are working on a way to take your shares off you for zilch and then work on a strategy for growth...
