Somebody predicted earlier this type of action before the results release, to scare holders off that there may be leaks about the (bad) results. If this is the action as predicted we may be closer to the results than we think.
Hope all goes well and the buyer and seller keeps on racking up brokreage for buying and selling to themselves for little gain (ie not many panic and sell it to them).
