Oh well, it seems like there is around $150mill of claims trying to jump in front of the noteholders. Seems absolutely wrong but have to wait for judgement by the courts.

Guess I'll just keep holding. Seems like the accountant has already written my BNBG's off as a 100% capital loss - whoops!!!
