After Hottods Update note yesterday I contacted POH and was surprisingly put through to Harry Rosen.We discussed how the invoicing fraud was discovered and in particular was a stocktake discrepancy identified by Anna Legg the start of the unwinding of the fraud concealment.In typical lawyer speak from my point of view I did not get a clear yes or no.
Further discussions with HR indicated:
^Esragate is still having an effect on company status
^POH keep a close eye on any possible competitor progress.POH is still the only company to deliver OxyC orOxyM transdermally or topically.This item came up as I was asking about product development delays and POH losing out to possible competitor progress.
^Any opioid pill that works can be abused[by taking more pills]This may seem obvious but it is worth noting.
^Paul Gavin was more relevant to the development of TPM in the clinic than Esra Ogru.
Harry Rosen was a pleasure to talk to and answered or commented on matters discussed in as direct a manner as possible..I had never previously talked to Harry Rosen.
