Let's not blame the Annual Report, nor a pump and dump for POH's SP coming off since April 2011. Check out the stats below, speculative indexes such as XSO, XEC got absolutely punished whereas XJO held up relatively well. Just the market moving money into dividend yielding stocks.
Additionally I'm not sweating a pump and dump for a SP acceleration...a deal will do nicely...and yes it has been a frustrating wait.
