I think the big take out from the trial was very low dose 20 mg compared with the 200 mg for p11b Rett trial. The trial was designed from data post 2009 ( a lot has changed)
I had to ask why would you even continue the trial based on the low dosage design and the answer is simply because the US Army was paying for it.
I think if they trialed today it would be a completely different trial.
I make no recommendations other than to say, I have decided to hold for better or worse.
