US markets closes initial gap as usual.
US markets hate that gap up or down at the open. Whether it is manipulated or not, almost always the will bring it back to unchanged before heading away again.
As a side note, if US markets don't break down here the upside target date is 11/04/06 and then down into 10/10/06.
