Gets back to my original comment: "Can only hope it is something based on real values (& volumes)" and my thoughts that the current RE data is not.
IC certainly sounds positive Hf & Z, and we now appear to be in an appreciating mkt, so hopefully ALK will present the robust revenue streams required for funding sometime this year. GL
