But they raise some interesting questions about the real cost to Anteo shareholders of the Confidentiality Agreement
We were told that Anteo had to accept the Confidentiality Agreement
BUT
Where would the shareprice be now IF we could have been kept up to date with the progress.
Atomo and its owners have met with fame and fortune around the world while Anteo suffered from a lack of information to shareholders and an inability to raise its shareprice, and hundreds of millions of more shares issued.
IF
Anteo could have informed shareholders of the progress then IMO the shareprice would never have reached these give-away levels.
Would we even have needed BERGEN?
Would First Cape have been in a situation where the "Financier " was able to sell all those shares.
Perhaps it was essential to get on board with Atomo
But IMO it is the Anteo shareholders who have had to carry the can.
