Yes I have sent them feedback re website due to lack of Comms. No communication strategy or relevant information that is timely and up to date.
Use the contact us page. Not sure you will get a response.
Try calling the number on the website after hours. No answering machine. No Anteo messaging. Just end up ringing out or go to a message saying this extension not valid.

If I lived in Brisbane I would drive past to see what exists however it being a unit tells me it is just a shop front. All these signs are ominous
