Spoke to the guys at Adelaide equity partners this morning for an update. Here is what has been advised to me in point form
1. News should be coming out early to middle of next week.
2. Mr Bloom is in Sydney next week for meetings with brokers to and investors.
3. discussed delays, advised with cross border deal and time differences ect.
4. advised they are very comfortable with deal at this stage.
5. When information starts flowing, it will flow thick and fast.
6. Have been offered the opportunity to catch up with the guys from Adelaide equity and Mr Bloom for a coffee and updates while they are in Sydney.
My opinion after chatting with the guys are that it is all coming together quite well and all systems go from mid next week.
I don't think we will be flying under the radar for very much longer and the opportunity to pick up cheap shares will disappear once info starts flowing.
