re: tuan sing offers 1.10 You have got to remember that NTA refers to Net Tangable Assets. This does not include any goodwill or any potential to improve the underlying assets nor, does it include a control premium.
On the flip side there are two major shareholders who would need to sell out for an alternative buying to take over the company.
My feeling is nothing will happen to the ownership of the company until some one offers a premium to the NTA.
