re: tuan sing offers 1.40.... new revised offer of $1.40 in total , with 4c dist soon followed by special 3c dist when offer unconditional and $1.33 in cash.
Profitablity up to Nov 30 which makes me think it would have been better to hold as the 2 year outlook is excellent, but $1.40 compared with 85c is darn good also.
