huge ann GHG is to sell off all assets and make capital return to shareholders - take that Mulpha !

since NTA = 1.33 they figure they can return at least that amount or more to shareholders, but of course how long this will take and what the tax implications are is another story. Also looking for a decent t/o offer.

sp up to $1.20, with a ceiling of 1.33, but the timing will be critical, so price may fall back if there are delays. Maybe they already have offers in the pipeline ?
