Crypto certainly gaining some momentum here is Oz.
Today in a morning radio news-break they announced that a property vendor in Victoria (first in Aust I believe)
announced that he will accept Bitcoin as the settlement method.

Aust Tax Office still reviewing tax implications of Crypto, however, it is definitely here to stay and
slowly gaining recognition.
Major banks in Oz remain steadfast to not recognise it as a bonafide currency at this point.
