1. Updates. Yes a quarterly is due by 31.1.07 for the december quarter, HOWEVER an announcement/update may be out prior to this.

2. BHP. BHP negotiations are progressing extremely well and from my point of view coming to an apex.

3. Top 20. Minerale Sands Technology is not an in house entity. I dont know who they are yet.

5. Newcastle tour. There is alot more pressing business at hand, Newcastle is very busy so this is on the to do list.
