GDN official announcement dated 26th April 2006, states that it is a GD800...A bit confusing though, because the announcement says it's rated to 16,000 ft.
DHS themselves rate it at 15,000 ft.
DHS have three GD800's, @ 1000hp... and one National 55 @1000 hp..But the national is only rated @ 12500 ft.
Have two @ 1500 hp....A gardener Denver 1100,,, and a National 1320 ....They rate the GD1100 @ 18,000 ft....and the N1320 @ 25,000 ft..
Rig #12 is definately a GD 800.
On their web site....www.dhsdrilling.com/locations.html....there is a full list of their rigs, and their locations, .. The list is in order 1 to 16..
