Hi mitis, its really not too bad given that RJ is laying the building blocks that will see some severe value growth in the next year or two. As Sandune infers he could quit and earn big bucks in a senior position with the likes of WPL or BHP where the add-ons would take him to anything between 500k and 600k per year. He also does the job of 2 or 3 people . There are MD's who have precided over significant value destruction and still get paid much more than what RJ gets. Have a look at TAP and STO.
