Yes but how John?
They were included in the announcement by being mentioned. But how are they "on board" other than us sharing information with them if that?
What is there level of being "on board" and what do they actually do with ECT to help ECT commercialise there products?
That has not been defined only mentioned with general detail.
Today ECT says "The efforts of the senior leadership teamwill be focused, through P.Selvakumar as our country head in India, to secure alternative projects andpartners".
So there are no partners or projects JohnB. That is a fact so what does "on board" mean? Do not jump the gun again JohnB and try not to encourage the forum to jump the gun either John.

I asked how much they spent on the lignite being shipped and if the lignite could spontaneously combust and the ECTREP said that the cost stuff was commercial in confidence and they did not know what measures NLC are going to take to stop spontaneous combustion. ECT don't know much or don't want to say much publically so how do we know what level they are "on board" JohnB? How do you know? I take it as a throw away line at the moment. I honestly believe that NLC have no intention of doing anything commercial with ECT but are happy to assist ECT if they are paid for their work to help ECT commercialise itself in India.
I like to eliminate the communication problem that ECT has, by totally ignoring anything that they say that is not detailed and itemised with dates and names. For example "NLC is still on board" JohnB.
