has to be done , my guess 50 for 1 , its ok if the placement is done to a good bunch of old and new shareholders . SPP at the same price . I am trying to look at it logically . 50 for 1 , then 120m on issue , placement and SPP 1 cent . would like it higher and apparently 1 other group has offered that , 120m plus 250m placement plus vend 40m shares ? say mkt cap. then at 1 cent around $4m with $2m cash , first trade 3 cents ? which is .6 in the old language , mkt cap. $12m (nothing !) , trades at 5 cents on good news , 1 cent in the old language , ?? higher after that . lets see
