Who cares if the results are late, it doesn't state that the announcement will be end of Feb, it means the result were on schedule to be out end of Feb to hawk to then put in a trading halt and write up the report. It's not essential that the result need to be in by the last day of Feb they can't do whatever they want they might have been on schedual to start the tests and finish it by then but maybe they are busy and not on schedual right this minute, and if it's next week or the week after who cares the announcement will come regardless.

The only ones asking are the day traders or the guys who are in for a quick profit because they have their positions ready and now are worried they are trapped and couldn't put their capital to use elsewhere.
