Nucleonics has asked the Supreme Court to hear its case.
BLT contend they had the chance to take this action earlier.
Looks to be a case for the lawyers once again where more money will be wasted.
Nucleonics are testing the finances of BLT to fight their claim.
The Supreme Court is yet to advise whether they will hear the case.
