I have heard from someone that MFS won't be relisting for 2 months while they finalise and sell some investments on the brink of completion. They are also preparing a new business plan and corporate image during this time.

They aim to capitalise the business enough so that IF all the fund investors take out their money, they will still be solvent.

People worry about 'new debts' being the cause of all this additional fund raising. In a way MFS has debt to fund investors who might want redemptions.
